How to choose
- Both load your entire cartridge library and emulate Sega CD discs, so either covers the core need.
- Differences come down to menu design, save features, extra format support, and current price and stock.
- Whichever you pick, use a quality SD card and keep firmware current.

You cannot go wrong with either. Pick based on availability and which menu and feature set you prefer; the headline Sega CD capability is shared between them.
