Likely Causes

• Firmware mismatch between your console version and the HEN package.
• A previous HEN session is still partially active in memory.
• The exploit host files were copied to the wrong place or are corrupt.
• System cache holding a stale state after an update.

Fixes

1. Confirm your exact firmware under Settings > System > System Information, then verify the HEN release targets that exact version, including the HFW/HAN variant.
2. Fully power the console down with the rear switch for thirty seconds, then cold boot. This clears lingering exploit state more reliably than a standby restart.
3. Rebuild the database and clear the browser cache, then load the exploit page fresh rather than from history.
4. Re-copy the package files to the root of internal storage, checking that filenames and folder names match exactly.
